붉은 기 감도는 짙은 호박빛이 잔에 깊게 고인다. 1997년 증류해 퍼스트필 셰리 캐스크에서 22년을 보낸 스프링뱅크는 캠벨타운 특유의 기름진 질감을 지닌다. 옅은 토탄 연기와 말린 과일, 짠 캐러멜의 향이 묵직하게 얽힌다. 55.4도의 도수에서 입은 졸인 자두와 소금기 어린 다크 초콜릿, 가죽의 맛으로 진하게 채워진다. 바닷가 증류소다운 짭조름함과 셰리의 단맛이 단단히 맞물린다. 기름지고 긴 여운이 입 안을 오래 감돈다.
