향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈는 탈리스커 특유의 짭조름한 바다 내음과 후추 향으로 열리고, 옅은 피트 연기와 시트러스, 마른 해초가 그 위에 또렷하게 겹친다. 스카이섬 증류소다운 거칠고 해양적인 골격이 인상적이다. 입에서는 45.8도의 도수가 후추의 알싸함과 그을린 보리, 짠 내를 또렷하게 밀어 올려 구조감이 단단하다. 피니시는 강렬한 후추와 옅은 재가 길게 이어지는, 탈리스커 특유의 매운 해양 캐릭터를 명확하게 보여주는 한 잔이다.
