테이스팅 노트
스카이 섬 카보스트의 탈리스커는 화산암과 거친 바다 물보라 속에서 후추 같은 캐릭터를 빚는다. 10년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 잔에서 맑은 금빛을 낸다. 절제된 향 속에 산미 도는 해초와 깊게 그을린 오크, 파인애플과 옅은 약품 냄새가 어우러진다. 45.8도의 도수로 입안에서는 해산물과 연기, 해초와 레몬, 후추의 알싸함이 또렷이 번진다. 마무리는 제법 길고 끝에 옅은 꿀과 리큐어 같은 결이 부드럽게 비친다.
