향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 스카이 섬 탈리스커 10년답게 특유의 짭짤한 바닷내음과 옅은 훈연, 후추 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 해안 증류소다운 미네랄과 시트러스, 옅은 훈제 향이 뒤따라 발전한다. 팰럿은 45.8도의 도수에서 그 유명한 후추의 매운맛과 훈연, 보리 단맛이 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 후추의 얼얼함과 짠맛이 균형을 이루는, 오래 지속되는 단단한 구조다.

I still find it impressively full of coastal 'stuff' with the power to bring to mind things like old rope, rocks and pebbles, wet sand, beach wood, rock pools and this soft Talisker pepperiness. You could also add a few medicinal tinctures and a little oily sheep wool
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
the ABV always helps with Talisker, nicely warming, oily, some peppery peaty warmth and this feeling of seawater and olive oil. Gets saltier and fresher with some time, a few dried herbs such as thyme and rosemary, salted liquorice and hessian. Talisker remains a big personality I'd say
timer 피니시
good length, a little more peaty and tarry now, along with some smoked sea salt and smoked olive oil. A wee hint of pickling brine and aniseed too
