불그스름한 구릿빛이 잔 속에서 진하게 감돈다. 스카이 섬의 탈리스커는 리차드 레드와인 캐스크를 거치며 붉은 베리와 후추, 바다 소금의 향을 뚜렷하게 피워 올린다. 54.4도의 도수가 입안에서 그을린 자두와 검은 후추, 짭짤한 훈연을 힘차게 밀어낸다. 화산섬의 거센 바람을 닮은 탈리스커 특유의 매운 기운이 와인의 단맛과 부딪히며, 후추와 소금기가 길게 타오르는 여운으로 마무리된다.
