향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
호박빛이 잔 안에 두껍게 고여 있다. 향은 거친 카카오와 홍차에서 출발해 박하와 감초, 하몽과 오래된 란시오로 넓어지고 마지팬을 채운 대추와 간장의 짠맛까지 닿는다. 47.3도라는 숫자가 무색할 만큼 입안에서는 후추와 마멀레이드, 고추의 매운 기가 사납게 번진다. 감초와 타라곤, 아니스의 약초 맛이 그 뒤를 받친다. 여운은 길고 짭짤한 감초와 크랜베리의 신맛으로 마무리된다.

huge, almost aggressive at just 47%, peppery, Campari-y (apologies), going on with a lot of marmalade, chillies, liquorices, a little tarragon, aniseed, pastis, tar liqueur… A very mad mixologist could have created this using many old liqueurs and cordials. And mead. Crazy whisky

long, stunningly herbal and shock-full of salted liquorice, with a little venison sauce in the aftertaste. Cranberries
