향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
스페이사이드 엘긴 외곽, 플러스카든 수도원 부근의 부드러운 평원이 밀턴더프 증류소의 풍토를 이룬다. 1973년산 14년은 옅은 황금빛으로 잔에 잠겨 있다. 향에는 갓 깎은 풀과 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 바닐라가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 꿀과 시트러스, 흰 후추가 부드럽게 비치고 40도의 낮은 도수가 단정하게 잠긴다. 시간이 빚어낸 우아한 시트러스와 마른 허브 여운이 길고 깔끔하게 이어진다.

a very nice balance. Lots of very ripe apricots and oranges with a pinch of pepper. Hints of eucalyptus and, perhaps, camphor. Goes on with the usual caramelly notes, old books, antiques shop, cinnamon… Very classical and very nice

lots of orange juice and light caramel, old sweet wine, vanilla and basta. That isn’t much – although the whole is quite enjoyable.
