테이스팅 노트
12년 숙성 56도라는 스펙에 비해 향의 정보량이 상당하다. 노즈에서는 카피르 라임과 코코넛, 그을음이 먼저 서고 소금 뿌린 땅콩과 훈제 베이컨의 뉘앙스가 뒤따른다. 분필과 절인 레몬, 소금 감초가 더해져 해안가의 인상을 만든다. 56도의 팰럿은 기름지고 두꺼운 질감 위로 디젤과 타르, 자갈과 켈프의 짠맛이 올라온다. 피니시는 길고 소독약 같은 의약 뉘앙스와 흑후추가 남는다.
