테이스팅 노트
잔을 코끝으로 가져가면 성냥을 그은 듯한 유황 뉘앙스가 먼저 훅 끼쳐, 가스와 트러플의 낯선 향이 호불호를 가른다. 물을 몇 방울 더하면 화약 냄새가 짙어지며 오래된 총구를 떠올리게 한다. 그러나 한 모금 머금는 순간 인상이 뒤집혀, 진한 건포도와 향신료, 뱅쇼와 캐러멜, 쌉쌀한 오렌지가 큼직하게 밀려온다. 삼킨 뒤에는 후추의 매운기와 스파이스 케이크의 달큰함이 길게 이어지며 리필 호그스헤드의 11년이 또렷이 드러난다.
