향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
버번 캐스크에서 숙성해 2017년에 46도로 병입한 1995년 프라이빗 캐스크다. 노즈는 코코넛과 바닐라, 오크의 향이 앞서고 세이지와 로즈메리 같은 허브가 뒤를 잇는다. 시간이 지나면 버섯과 담배, 오래된 책의 뉘앙스가 더해져 결이 넓어진다. 팰럿은 마른 나무와 감초, 토피의 쌉쌀한 단맛에서 출발해 코코넛이 다시 전면에 나선다. 피니시는 길고 소금기가 코코넛과 말린 바나나를 받쳐 준다.
