향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
하이랜드 경계의 완만한 언덕에 자리한 글렌고인은 느린 증류로 부드러운 원액을 빚는다. 2001년 원액을 올로로소 셰리 버트에서 17년 익힌 이 싱글 캐스크는 짙은 호박빛을 보인다. 향에서는 잘 익은 자두와 건포도, 옅은 호두가 풍성하게 올라온다. 48.9도의 도수가 입에서는 셰리의 진한 단맛과 마른 과일의 결을 매끄럽게 풀어낸다. 여운에는 향신료와 가죽, 가벼운 오크가 길게 남는다.

There’s a definite sherry component in the mix here which comes through initially as marmalade on brown toast, some damp earthiness, hessian and darjeeling tea with a slice of lemon.
