향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
옅은 밀짚빛이 잔 속에서 맑게 반짝인다. 리필 호그스헤드에서 12년을 보낸 글렌고인은 곡물의 결과 옅은 오크 위로 바닐라와 버터의 향을 은은하게 얹는다. 56.7도의 입안에서는 잘 익은 사과와 보리 단맛, 옅은 오크 스파이스가 부드럽게 흐른다. 느린 증류와 무연 몰트를 고집하는 증류소답게 자극 없이 맑은 결이 이어진다. 깔끔하고 산뜻한 여운이 길게 감돈다.

ah, nice attack, although quite oaky and sugarish, but some sour notes develop after thirty seconds. Stale wine, cider, apple juice. Gets a little bitter… Medium finish on stale beer. Well, I recall having had some much better 17 yo Glengoyne. Certainly just a batch that’s below the par, or is it me? 78 points . (PS: it may well have been me, as almost all my fellow Malt Maniacs rated this Glengoyne much higher) Glengoyne 12 yo Cask Strength (57.2%, OB, 2004) A new bottling I already had on… Islay
