옅은 금빛이 잔에 맑게 담긴다. 비피트 증류를 고집하는 글렌고인 15년은 40도의 부드러움 위로 갓 구운 빵과 보리, 마지팬의 향에 은은한 셰리와 신 사과를 얹는다. 한 모금에는 맥아가 더 짙어지며 건포도 케이크와 호두, 육두구와 계피의 스파이스가 미끄러지듯 퍼진다. 씁쓸한 차와 풀내음이 감도는 여운이 중간 길이로 담담하게 이어진다.
