향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
맑은 밀짚빛이 잔 안에 투명하게 담긴다. 캐스크 스트렝스로 병입된 글렌고인 12년은 이탄을 쓰지 않은 하이랜드의 담백한 개성을 지녔다. 처음엔 다소 절제된 곡물과 오크 위로 바닐라와 버터의 향이 은은히 열린다. 57.2도의 힘찬 도수 위로 오크의 단맛과 사과, 사이더 같은 새콤한 결이 뒤따른다. 여운은 중간 길이로 이어지며 곡물과 나무의 기운이 담백하게 남는다.

ah, nice attack, although quite oaky and sugarish, but some sour notes develop after thirty seconds. Stale wine, cider, apple juice. Gets a little bitter… Medium finish on stale beer. Well, I recall having had some much better 17 yo Glengoyne. Certainly just a batch that’s below the par, or is it me? 78 points .
