잔을 흔들면 옅은 호박빛이 돌며 새콤한 과일산과 자두주의 냄새가 먼저 다가온다. 지하 저장고의 눅눅함과 삼베, 램프 기름이 그 뒤를 받친다. 52.8도를 한 모금 머금으면 체리 시럽과 붉은 커런트, 핑크 자몽의 톡 쏘는 산미가 퍼지고 다크 초콜릿의 쓴맛이 아래를 붙잡는다. 물을 더하면 후추 섞인 피트 연기가 살아나고, 삼킨 뒤에는 그을음이 럼 피니시의 단맛 위로 오래 남는다.
