nicely buttery and flowery but also quite simple, with lots of hay and dried flowers. A little malty. Yes, nice but simple

a nice attack, fruity and slightly spicy. Some nutmeg, cinnamon, cooked apples… It gets quite woody, and has a medium finish on cider apples and wood.
