테이스팅 노트
세월이 깊게 밴 짙은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 천천히 타고 흐른다. 1966년 캠벨타운에서 증류해 버번 오크에서 32년을 보낸 스프링뱅크는 바닷바람을 머금은 듯한 짭조름함과 오일리한 질감을 먼저 드러낸다. 한 모금이 입천장을 천천히 덮으면 말린 살구와 밀랍, 옅은 토탄 연기가 겹겹이 번진다. 오랜 시간만이 빚어낸 깊이가 혀에 묵직하게 남고, 짠맛과 과일의 단맛이 어우러진 여운이 오래 머문다.

With water: unlike with the 1990, water doesn’t work at all here, as the whole gets plastic-like and even a little smelly (gym socks). You’ll have to wait for quite a long time before it gets a little cleaner (but very yeasty)
