테이스팅 노트
버번 캐스크의 절제된 숙성이 약재 같은 이 위스키의 성격을 고스란히 남긴다. 젖은 바위와 양털, 먹지와 해바라기유가 이어지고 부순 아스피린과 붕대 같은 냄새가 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 축사 기운이 스친 뒤 꿀과 헤더 맥주, 미소와 밀랍이 자리를 잡는다. 밝은 짚빛 잔의 마무리는 중간 길이로 약재와 바닷물의 흔적을 남긴다.
