테이스팅 노트
버번 캐스크만으로 18년을 채운 원액에서 가죽과 파이프 담배 같은 오래된 향이 먼저 올라온다. 오렌지와 아마인유, 진한 육수의 감칠맛이 뒤엉키고, 입에서는 초콜릿과 맛밤, 호두 리큐어에 옅은 훈연과 고추의 매운기가 붙는다. 호박빛이 도는 잔의 끝은 건조하고 가죽 같으며 쌉쌀한 오렌지가 분필 같은 질감과 함께 남는다.
