코에 닿는 첫인상은 점토와 금속 광택제처럼 낯설다. 조금 기다리면 파슬리와 딜 같은 허브가 터져 나오고 사과 사이다의 산미가 붙는다. 혀에 올리면 쇠맛과 비타민 정제 같은 기운이 지나가고, 삼킨 뒤 오렌지와 후추가 길게 남는다. 리필 셰리 버트에서 나온 52도 15년이다.
