테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 럼과 스미르나 건포도, 상질의 셰리가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 43도라는 도수에도 향은 고기 육수 같은 감칠맛과 다크 토피, 초콜릿으로 두껍게 확장된다. 세라믹 북 3권에 담긴 이 15년은 셰리의 무게가 상당하지만 전체 균형이 단단하다. 팰럿은 퍼지와 말린 과일 바구니로 시작해 부드러운 향신료와 오렌지 꽃물로 이어지며 밀도가 높다. 짙은 앰버빛만큼 응축된 구세대 셰리 숙성의 표본이다.

beautiful attack on fudge and baskets of dried fruits. So lively and powerful at the same time! Extremely compact, at that, with lots of soft spices and a bit of orange flower water.
