잔을 받아 향을 끌어올리면 옅은 연기 뒤로 코코넛과 세이지가 함께 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 마른 나무와 감초, 토피가 차례로 지나가고 육두구와 말린 무화과가 뒤를 받친다. 삼킨 뒤에는 짭조름한 기운이 코코넛과 바나나를 오래 붙잡는다. 프레시 셰리에서 14년을 보낸 크리스마스 보틀링이다.
