향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 어킨토션 1970 빈티지가 21년 숙성에서 빚어낸 가벼운 시트러스와 잘 익은 배 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 트리플 디스틸레이션 시그너처답게 옅은 곡물과 들꽃 노트가 뒤이어 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 43도의 절제된 도수가 부드럽게 미끄러지며 마른 꿀, 백후추, 잘 익은 사과 껍질이 단단한 구조감으로 발전한다. 피니시는 가벼운 미네랄 산미와 광택 나는 오크가 길게 이어지며 로우랜드 빈티지의 결이 또렷이 깃든다.

this is much more ‘modern’ in style, straighter, more vanilled and more ‘oakily’ spicy (right, Serge). Charred wood, milk chocolate, cardamom, nutmeg and nougat, with these slightly farmy notes that we had in the 3-W again. Wet hay, farmyard… Gets finally much spicier and all these spices may come from ‘almost new’ oak. More nutmeg, more ginger and more cinnamon. Modern indeed. Very slight soapiness
