금빛 술을 흔들고 코를 대면 왁스와 먹지, 브레이크 오일 같은 기계적인 냄새가 먼저 다가온다. 이어 오래된 페인트와 솔잎, 겨자 섞인 고기 국물이 층을 이루며 열린다. 한 모금을 머금으면 54.1도의 힘이 레몬 제스트와 버베나, 용담 뿌리의 쓴맛을 밀고 들어오고 파라핀의 기름진 질감이 혀를 덮는다. 물을 더하면 오렌지 껍질과 성당 초 냄새가 살아난다. 지역 보리로 빚은 이 로컬 발리는 후추와 감귤로 길게 끝맺는다.
