밀짚빛이 잔에서 담담하게 빛난다. 이 배치는 오크의 영향이 조금 더 드러나 마른 풀과 건초, 가죽과 타르, 흑연 기름의 냄새가 차례로 열리고 옅은 이탄이 그 뒤에 스민다. 물을 더하면 곡물과 뮈슬리, 점토가 얼굴을 내민다. 54.1도의 입은 열 해짜리보다 둥글고 달아 감초와 비터오렌지, 솔향 사탕, 키니네의 쌉쌀함이 겹친다. 다시 물을 주면 홍차와 계피의 마른 결이 살아난다. 여운은 길고 감귤의 산미가 끝까지 이어진다.
