테이스팅 노트
2025년 캐스크 스트렝스 중 55.4도로 담긴 배치다. 잔을 흔들면 옅은 금빛 술기가 두껍게 흘러내린다. 코를 대면 오트밀과 사워도우, 그을음이 앞서고 콘크리트와 해변 자갈, 새 전자기기 같은 냄새가 뒤를 잇는다. 물을 더하면 젖은 양털과 축축한 분필이 열린다. 한 모금 머금으면 라임즙에 소금을 친 듯한 산미와 블러드 오렌지의 단맛이 곧게 지나간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 흑설탕과 건포도가 뒤늦게 올라와 길게 남는다.

probably not the dirtiest young Springbank ever, but I do find it very porridge-y, full of sourdough, soot, concrete, beach pebbles and with these typical notes of 'new electronics'. Tends to become pretty medicinal too (bandages), but it hasn't quite got these very mineral notes that were to be found in earlier batches. No raisins this far, hurray. With water: raw wool and wet dogs. We are sorry, dogs! Damp chalk too
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
pure lime juice with some salt and some blood oranges, then drops of orange liqueur. Perhaps a little simple but what it does it does good. With water: more pepper, greens, and sour fruits, cherries, fermenting raisins…
timer 피니시
rather long, a tad rounder, with some muscovado sugar. Raisins indeed in the aftertaste
