향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
옅은 금빛이 잔에서 마르고 단단한 인상을 준다. 향은 자갈과 백후추, 신문 잉크의 냄새로 건조하게 시작해 옅은 재와 그을린 곡물로 이어진다. 시간을 두면 이 증류소 특유의 바다 기운과 감귤, 밀랍이 뒤늦게 얼굴을 내민다. 퍼티와 레몬 목캔디가 그 사이에 놓인다. 53.2도의 입은 점토와 금속 광택제, 약재 팅크가 앞서고 날카로운 레몬과 부순 조개껍질이 뒤를 잇는다. 여운은 먼지처럼 마르고 그을음과 잉크가 오래 남는다.

With a little time the more coastal, citric and waxy Springbank qualities begin to emerge.
