향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
잔을 가까이 하면 드라이한 화이트와인을 연상시키는 인동꽃과 라임차 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 1974년 세라믹 저그에 담긴 이 43도 보틀링은 이후 핑크 자몽과 오렌지, 석회암 같은 미네랄로 발전한다. 팰럿에서는 증류소 특유의 기름진 질감이 돌아오고 후추와 생강, 에일의 곡물감이 겹친다. 복숭아에 가까운 과일감이 중반을 채우며 피니시는 길지 않으나 후추와 자몽의 조합이 단정하다. 도수가 낮아 시간이 지날수록 힘은 다소 빠진다.

oh! This is wine indeed, like a wonderful dry chenin by a great maker, such as François Chidaine. A great Vouvray, really. Honeysuckle and lime-tea, then rather pink grapefruits and oranges, then grassier and more mineral notes. Limestone. The only problem is that it tends to lose steam over time, maybe that’s the 43% vol., but other than that, it’s a lovely ultra-fresh and clean Springbank that would rather hint at Rosebank in my opinion

the distillery’s typical greasiness is back, together with pepper and a little ginger, as well as notes of ale. Beyond all that, the same fresh fruitiness, maybe rather peaches this time, rather than citrus, although there is some grapefruit again
timer 피니시
not very long, but this blend of pepper and grapefruits works very well
