테이스팅 노트
46도 사양의 10년 숙성 제품으로, 노즈의 축은 소금 친 견과와 해변의 인상에 놓여 있다. 효모가 살아 있는 반죽 향이 뒤이어 올라오고 건초와 조약돌, 옅은 민트가 그 결을 따라간다. 팰럿은 왁스와 식용유의 기름진 층 위로 바닷물과 겨자, 해조류의 짠맛이 겹치며 발전한다. 드라이한 게뷔르츠트라미너를 연상시키는 석유 계열의 뉘앙스가 배경에 깔려 있다. 여운은 짭짤하고 약재 같은 인상이 부싯돌의 광물성과 함께 남는다.
