테이스팅 노트
디스틸러리 픽처 라벨로 나온 46도 10년 제품이며, 노즈에서는 소금 친 땅콩과 해변의 인상이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 발효 중인 반죽과 사워도우의 효모 향이 뒤따르고 담뱃잎과 민트, 사과의 신선한 결이 그 사이를 지난다. 팰럿은 왁스와 시트론, 식용유의 기름진 층 위에 바닷물과 겨자, 해조류가 얹히는 구조다. 46도라는 도수가 이 짠맛과 기름기를 흐리지 않게 붙잡아 준다. 여운은 비스킷 같은 고소함과 부싯돌의 광물성 쓴맛으로 이어진다.

Mustard, seaweed, various stocky, brothy notes, some dried tarragon and a hint of lychee and rosewater. Akin to a dry Gewurztraminer perhaps with these slightly petrolic notes in the background
