테이스팅 노트
작은 옥타브 캐스크에서 마무리한 스페이사이드 몰트가 잔에 짙은 호박빛으로 물든다. 잔을 가까이 하면 건포도와 흑설탕, 볶은 견과의 향이 진하게 올라온다. 53.9도의 기운을 머금으면 옥타브가 응축한 단맛과 가죽, 후추의 매운 기운이 어우러지고, 다일루언 특유의 묵직한 보디감이 입을 채운다. 짧은 마무리에도 작은 캐스크가 색과 향을 짙게 입혔다. 여운은 향신료와 오크의 쌉쌀함을 남기며 오래 머문다.
