테이스팅 노트
노즈는 헤레스의 보데가를 연상시킬 만큼 셰리의 성격이 짙다. 대추야자와 무화과 잼, 축축한 흙바닥과 오래된 와인 저장고의 인상이 차례로 열리고 소금에 절인 감초가 그 사이를 지난다. 43도의 팰럿은 부드럽게 도착하지만 곧 쌉쌀한 소금 초콜릿과 으깬 아몬드, 판체타 같은 짠맛이 정확하게 솟는다. 검은 올리브 빵과 조린 흑설탕의 인상도 뚜렷하다. 피니시는 좋은 길이로 흙과 소금기, 견과가 깔끔하게 정리된다.

There’s also black olive bread, a touch of caramelised brown sugar and more very old pinot noir character

Good length, superbly crisp, earthy, saline and nutty sherry again. A few extra degrees of alcohol would probably have propelled it into the stratosphere, but we’re splitting hairs
