테이스팅 노트
옅은 밀짚빛이 잔 안에 맑게 비친다. 지금은 사라진 전설의 아일라 증류소 포트 엘렌의 10년 원액은, 향에서 짭짤한 바닷바람과 토탄 연기, 레몬의 산뜻함을 또렷하게 피워 올린다. 58.4도의 높은 도수는 입안을 둥글게 감싸며 그을린 보리와 후추, 광물의 뉘앙스를 머금는다. 비교적 어린 나이에도 포트 엘렌 특유의 결이 분명하다. 여운에는 연기와 소금기가 길게 이어진다.
