세월이 응축된 옅은 황금빛이 잔 속에 잔잔히 잠겨 있다. 1969년에 증류된 이 포트 엘렌은 코끝에 옅은 토탄 연기와 레몬, 밀랍의 향을 천천히 풀어놓는다. 40도의 부드러운 한 모금은 그을린 보리와 꿀, 짭조름한 미네랄이 매끄럽게 흐른다. 폐쇄된 전설의 증류소가 남긴 15년의 시간은 끝맛에서 옅은 스모크와 시트러스의 잔향으로 길게 비친다.
