테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 1979년 증류된 포트 엘렌 특유의 차분한 피트 연기와 짭조름한 바닷바람이 두드러진다. 22년을 보낸 긴 숙성이 왁스와 마른 과일, 옅은 가죽을 또렷하게 끌어올린다. 팰럿은 훈연한 보리와 레몬, 미네랄로 발전하며 폐쇄된 아일라 증류소다운 깊이가 단단하다. 56.2도의 질감이 매끄럽고 균형 잡혀 있다. 피니시는 재와 소금기로 길게 이어지며 전설적인 결이 남는다.
