스페이사이드 벤리네스 산자락 아벨라워 마을의 맑은 샘물이 위스키를 빚는다. 퍼스트필 버번 배럴에서 9년을 보낸 이 SMWS 원액은 잔에서 밝은 금빛을 낸다. 이름처럼 청사과와 배, 바닐라 향이 산뜻하고 또렷하게 열린다. 무려 59.5도의 높은 도수에서 시트러스와 보리 단맛, 꿀이 입안을 힘차게 채운다. 여운은 신선한 과수원 과일과 가벼운 오크로 길게 남는다.
