향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
퍼스트필 셰리 버트에서 12년을 보낸 숙성이 아벨라워 2010에 강렬하고 진한 셰리의 단맛을 깊게 입힌다. 첫 사용 셰리 캐스크의 영향이 높은 도수와 맞물려 향부터 폭발적이다. 말린 자두와 흑설탕, 다크 초콜릿의 단내가 코를 채우고, 입에서는 건포도와 토피, 오렌지 껍질이 빽빽하게 엉킨다. 62도의 강한 도수가 셰리의 단맛을 팽팽하게 밀어 올린다. 짙은 적갈색 끝으로 마른 과실과 오크의 여운이 길고 깊게 머문다.

But it is a little strong… With water: hold on, wax? Lemons? White asparagus? Like this a lot, but I wouldn't have said 'A'bunadh'. I suppose that's the whole point of doing batch bottlings…
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
very good, really tight, grassy, tart, almost acidic, with a lot of concentrated lemon juice. It's hard to believe this was sherry, unless it was fino or manzanilla. But the walnuts give it away. With water: closer to #67 but still tighter, brighter yet, zestier… Inadvertently biting into some grapefruit (late in the night and after a few drams too many, obviously)
