테이스팅 노트
노즈에서는 아벨라워 1990 특유의 몰트와 케이크, 오렌지 향이 먼저 두드러지고 물을 더하면 호두와 파이프 담배, 젖은 백악의 피노 셰리 뉘앙스가 발전한다. 56.9도의 이 싱글 캐스크는 11년 숙성에도 힘이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 흙과 광물, 보리와 비터 오렌지가 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 오렌지와 생강, 강황과 왁스가 길게 이어지고 후추의 여운이 단단하다.

With water: sherry coming out, walnuts for sure, some lighter pipe tobacco, with a discreet and awesome fino character, damp chalk (albariza, naturally) and a little paraffin
