테이스팅 노트
잔을 흔들면 앰버빛이 유리를 타고 느리게 내려오고 처음에는 향이 닫혀 있다. 코를 오래 대고 있으면 젖은 낙엽과 고사리 그을음 냄새가 열리고 다크 초콜릿의 어두운 결이 뒤따른다. 물을 몇 방울 더하면 쓴 오렌지와 짠 감초가 드러난다. 57.6도를 한 모금 머금으면 후추와 코코아 가루에 이어 소금에 절인 고기 육수 같은 맛이 혀를 덮는다. 삼킨 뒤 여운은 중간 길이로 짭조름하고 산뜻하게 끝난다.

One of these rather typically beefy sherry casks that Springbank seem to have no shortage of. With water: again rather drying, salty, straight and earthy. Some notes of brown bread and sooty cereals emerging now as well. That meaty tone has calmed a little. Some preserved lemons show up as well
