테이스팅 노트
짚빛이 잔 안에 맑게 고여 있다. 12년을 지낸 롱로우 2002는 54.7도의 힘 아래 오크의 영향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 마른 건초와 가죽, 타르와 흑연유가 차례로 올라오고 희미한 이탄이 그 뒤를 받친다. 입에서는 감초와 쓴 오렌지, 소나무 수지의 향이 겹치며 씁쓸한 단맛으로 이어진다. 물을 더하면 홍차와 계피가 드러난다. 여운은 시트러스가 도드라진 채 길게 남는다.
