테이스팅 노트
잔에 잠긴 옅은 호박빛이 1965년에 증류된 블레어 아솔 원액이 12년을 견딘 시간을 그대로 드러낸다. 노즈에는 잘 익은 사과와 마른 풀잎, 옅은 가죽 향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에서는 꿀과 시트러스, 가벼운 후추가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고 45.7도의 단정한 알코올이 균형을 잡는다. 1977년에 병입된 남부 하이랜드 블레어 아솔 특유의 단단한 캐릭터가 마지막 여운까지 길게 이어진다.

Much more tropical than the others (but tropical fruits can come with Old Bottle Effect in my opinion), mangos and passion fruits, oranges, aniseed and fennel, mint, liquorice, citrons, coriander leaves, angelica… What a whirlwind at 46% vol.! Only these faint notes of damp cardboard could be seen as a very minor flaw
