밝은 금빛이 잔 속에 맑게 어린다. 하이랜드의 블레어 아톨이 열두 해를 보낸 이 플로라 앤 파우나는 부싯돌 같은 미네랄과 은은한 이탄의 결을 지녔다. 강렬한 시트러스의 산미 위로 조개껍질과 푸른 담뱃잎, 젖은 자갈의 향이 독특하게 피어오른다. 43도의 도수 위로 보리의 고소함과 흙내음, 훈연의 결이 단단하게 번진다. 여운은 중간 길이로 이어지며 미네랄과 시트러스의 기운이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
