테이스팅 노트
잔을 천천히 돌리면 화이트 와인처럼 옅은 황금빛이 유리 안쪽을 타고 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 블레어 아솔다운 진한 보리 향이 먼저 가득 차고, 옅은 기름기와 파라핀이 갓 수확한 밀밭을 떠올리게 한다. 한 모금 머금으면 43도의 도수가 잘 익은 사과와 보리 시럽, 은은하게 단 홍차의 풍미를 혀 위에 펼치며 몰트의 결을 드러낸다. 삼킨 뒤에는 맥주처럼 구수한 곡물과 사과의 여운이 은근하게 이어진다.
