은은한 금빛이 잔 속에서 따뜻하게 빛난다. 번사이드라는 이름으로 병입된 1989년 빈티지의 이 위스키는 글렌피딕의 원액을 두 개의 버번 배럴에서 26년 동안 숙성한 희귀한 보틀링이다. 향에서는 잘 익은 사과와 배, 바닐라와 꿀이 부드럽게 어우러진다. 입에 머금으면 48.8도의 균형 잡힌 도수 위로 보리 엿과 시트러스의 단맛이 매끄럽게 흐른다. 오랜 숙성이 다듬어 낸 우아함이 입안을 채우고 여운은 가벼운 오크 향으로 천천히 옅어진다. 글렌피딕다운 사과와 배의 단맛이 오랜 숙성을 거치며 한층 둥글고 깊게 발전한다.
