향미 프로필
테이스팅 노트
금빛이 얇게 잔 벽을 감싼다. 향은 처음부터 스스로를 열지 않는다. 갓 칠한 페인트와 잘린 선인장, 인쇄 잉크와 아스피린의 냉랭한 냄새가 차례로 지나며 광물의 인상만을 남긴다. 입에서는 46도라는 숫자가 무색할 만큼 힘이 세고, 독한 약초 리큐어의 쓴맛과 설탕에 절인 레몬 껍질, 오트밀의 곡물감이 이어진다. 여운은 길고 풀 냄새가 짙으며 끝까지 엄격한 표정을 풀지 않는다.

starts right on wet paint, cut cactus and newspaper of the day (ink), aspirin. Sure you can nose it but it’s extremely austere, although quite elegant I must say. With water (aaah): gets closer to the grain and the mash, with also whiffs of raw wool, motor oil… Mineral. Not exactly sexy but this one is kind of intellectual
restaurant 맛 (팔레트)
extremely powerful to say the least, bitter… Hard to swallow. Notes of ultra-strong herb liqueur. With water: it’s more lemony (crystallized lemon zests) and more on porridge
timer 피니시
long, still austere, very grassy, quite demanding. A very serious malt, sort of respectable but not made to give you much pleasure (not unlike my math teacher, 30 years ago – I hope she’s still alive but does not read Whiskyfun!). But it’s very interesting malt. 83 points.
