올로로소 셰리와 아메리칸 버번 오크가 30년에 걸쳐 함께 다듬은 원숙함이 이 위스키의 핵심이다. 오랜 우드가 빚어낸 베르가못과 밀랍, 인동꽃과 오렌지 블로섬이 우아하게 올라온다. 40도의 입안에서는 여러 겹의 꿀과 옅은 소금기, 은은한 마멀레이드가 부드럽게 흐른다. 삼십 년의 세월이 두 오크의 개성을 매끄럽게 하나로 녹여 낸다. 깊은 황금빛과 함께 왁스와 담뱃잎의 여운이 길게 남는다.
