테이스팅 노트
글렌피딕 21년 그란 레세르바는 럼 캐스크 피니시가 남긴 흔적이 노즈에서 또렷하게 드러난다. 가죽과 담뱃잎의 마른 향이 먼저 두드러지고 젤리 같은 과일과 달큰한 사과주, 통조림 복숭아가 뒤따른다. 팰럿은 43.2도답게 부드러우면서도 옅은 스모크와 녹차, 흙 내음의 쌉쌀함이 단단한 구조를 이룬다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 크리미하고 달큰한 보리 향에 레몬과 루바브의 산뜻함이 남아 균형이 좋다.
