노즈에서는 글렌피딕 16년답게 스페이사이드 특유의 잘 익은 배와 사과, 꿀 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 부드러운 오크에서 온 바닐라와 옅은 오크 향신료가 뒤따라 발전한다. 팰럿은 43도의 편안한 도수에서 과수원 과일과 토피, 시트러스가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 깨끗한 과일과 부드러운 오크가 균형을 이루는 접근하기 쉬운 구조다.
