은은한 금빛이 잔에 담긴 글렌피딕 15년은 솔레라 방식으로 어우러진 스페이사이드의 익숙한 얼굴이다. 향에서는 마른 잎과 잘 익은 사과, 포푸리 같은 은근한 꽃내음이 잔잔히 피어난다. 입에서는 가벼운 몸매 위로 진하게 우린 홍차와 씁쓸한 초콜릿, 오래된 호두의 결이 드러난다. 40도의 부드러움을 지나 마른 홍차와 카카오의 씁쓸함이 담백하고 건조하게 마무리된다.
