스페이사이드 더프타운의 글렌피딕은 로비 듀 샘물과 온화한 풍토 속에서 산뜻한 몰트를 빚는다. 카리브 럼 캐스크에서 마무리해 21년을 보낸 이 위스키는 깊은 황금빛을 띤다. 향에서는 잘 익은 바나나와 바닐라, 럼이 더한 흑설탕의 단내가 또렷하게 올라오고 옅은 오크가 더해진다. 40도의 입안에서는 토피와 잘 익은 배, 가벼운 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 중간에는 캐러멜과 잘 익은 과수원 과일의 단맛이 부드러운 질감으로 퍼진다. 럼이 남긴 부드러운 단맛과 오크의 여운이 길고 온화하게 이어진다.
